Please contact me within seven (7) days of delivery, if you have any problems with your order.
I do not accept returns of custom or personalized items.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
A refund of the full purchase price (including shipping) will be issued after the item is received in its original, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are non-refundable.
Requirements for a Full Refund:
- Clothing must be unworn
- Items must be in new condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
When returning items, please use a carrier with a trackable service, such as USPS Priority Mail, First-Class Mail parcels, or First-Class Package Service with Tracking service.
Note: If you don't use a trackable method to return the package and the package doesn't arrive, or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may not be eligible for a refund.
